Who are we:
We are Coinmerce, a European cryptocurrency platform with Dutch roots. Our mission is to make crypto simple, secure and accessible to everyone, both individuals and professionals. Coinmerce is registered as a crypto broker with De Nederlandsche Bank and serves customers in more than 10 European countries. In the near future, we will develop new financial products and launch our platform in even more countries. Coinmerce stands for transparency, which is reflected in our office in Schiphol-Rijk. We are working on the future and do this together with our talented and motivated team.
Your profile
What we are looking for:
As a Support Employee at Coinmerce, you will be on the front lines, assisting our diverse customer base with their inquiries and issues related to cryptocurrency trading. You’ll leverage your knowledge of crypto and your exceptional customer service skills to provide effective solutions and a positive experience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about crypto, eager to learn, and ready to be part of a young, energetic team.
Responsibilities:
Address customer questions and issues via email, live chat, and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
Guide customers through the platform’s features, assisting with account setup, transactions, and security protocols.
Educate users on crypto basics and best practices for secure investing.
Collaborate with different departments to report, track, and resolve issues.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of support strategies and solutions.
Who are you:
You have a MBO level 4 or HBO work and thinking level.
Ideally you come with previous experience in the cryptocurrency sector.
You have previous experience in a customer support or customer service role.
You are fluent in Dutch and English, German is a plus!
You have strong verbal and written communication skills (both in Dutch and English)
You consider yourself a social person and motivated by helping others.
Flexible with a non-9-to-5 mentality, willing to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
