About the role
In order to expand our development team we are looking for an enthusiastic DevOps Engineer. Someone who likes to work in a growing organization and looking for an exciting new challenge within their work field. To give you a more precise overview of the function we summed up the following points.

Responsibilities:
  • Keeping the servers running without issue, and when it does go wrong has no desire to stop until its solved.
  • Improving the releasing pipelines for your colleagues.
  • Improving system stability by spotting and fixing potential weaknesses in the systems and configurations.
  • Keeping the system safe by staying on top of the latest CVEs and security trends within the IT space.
  • Releasing and maintaining stable configurations for the running microservices.
What you bring:
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with designing, developing and maintaining microservice-based web application cloud infrastructures in GCP
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related products like App Engine, Cloud Run, and GKE
  • Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
  • Strong communication skills, work ethic and dedication
  • You have the ability to learn from other developers and to pass your knowledge to your colleagues.
  • You are able to function in a team where teamwork is one of the core values
  • You have analytical skills and are able to come up with solutions yourself
  • A willingness to not stop until a problem/downtime has been solved.
