About the role

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Campaign & Events Manager to drive impactful campaigns, coordinate high-profile events, and manage key partnerships. This role requires a dynamic individual skilled in marketing strategy, operations, and collaboration, with the ability to deliver measurable results while ensuring brand consistency and maximizing partnership value.

Responsibilities:  

  • Strategic Event Planning: Design and execute an annual calendar of marketing events that align with company objectives, managing budgets, logistics, and post-event analysis to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Campaign Development: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company and team KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing data-driven insights for optimization.

  • Branding Oversight: Manage the sourcing, production, and quality control of branding materials, ensuring consistency across all platforms and initiatives.

  • Operational Coordination: Represent the marketing team in cross-departmental meetings, aligning team efforts with broader company operations and priorities.

  • Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and partners, maximizing the value of agreements through effective coordination and activation.

  • Performance Analysis: Regularly review the effectiveness of events, campaigns, and partnerships, leveraging insights to inform future strategies and enhance overall impact.

What you bring:   

  • At least 4 years of experience in similar roles 

  • Experience in the crypto or financial services industries is a strong plus.

  • Excellent project management skills. 

  • Proficiency with Looker, Excel/Google Sheets, and Miro.

  • Strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.

  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
