About the role

As a part of our trading and execution team, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee daily trade reports while performing position and P&L reconciliations
Investigate and resolve trade breaks ensuring positions are accurately reflected across all systems
Maintain ownership of critical data and perform checks to confirm data is complete and accurate
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy through process improvements.
Source data as needed for problem-solving, and develop actionable insights through reports for internal stakeholders.

What You Bring:

2–5 years of experience in Middle Office or Operations, preferably in high-frequency trading, proprietary trading, or a related institutional trading environment
Ability to work with data using SQL or other analytical tools; Python experience is a plus
Knowledge of crypto markets is a plus
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
