About the role

As a part of our trading and execution team, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing our operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee daily trade reports while performing position and P&L reconciliations

  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks ensuring positions are accurately reflected across all systems

  • Maintain ownership of critical data and perform checks to confirm data is complete and accurate

  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy through process improvements.

  • Source data as needed for problem-solving, and develop actionable insights through reports for internal stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Middle Office or Operations, preferably in high-frequency trading, proprietary trading, or a related institutional trading environment

  • Ability to work with data using SQL or other analytical tools; Python experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of crypto markets is a plus

  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
