About the role
This position is responsible for handling the full trade settlement process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across different asset types. You'll work closely with various teams and external parties to address any issues, maintain clear and organized records, and support daily financial reconciliations. The role also involves monitoring compliance, resolving account mismatches, and contributing to process enhancements that streamline operations.
Responsibilities
Manage trade settlements end-to-end across multiple asset classes.
Reconcile daily accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed settlement reports.
Support daily reconciliation and investigate equity discrepancies.
Develop policy documents relating to treasury processes and the broader finance department.
What you bring
At least 4 years of experience in a similar, settlement or financial, role.
Medior understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and financial markets.
Proficiency in using financial software and settlement systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to be organised and manage stakeholder expectations
An understanding of crypto exchanges and the different types of inflows and outflows they involve is considered as a plus.
