About the role

As a CRM Marketer at BLOX (crypto brokerage, part of Coinmerce Group), you will play a key role in driving customer retention, engagement, and growth through targeted CRM campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing email, in-app and push notification strategies that enhance the customer experience and support the overall growth of our user base. Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams, you’ll use data-driven insights to create personalized content and campaigns that keep our customers informed, engaged, and loyal. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies to drive customer retention and engagement across email, push notifications, in-app and other channels.

  • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to create personalized campaigns tailored to user segments and behaviors.

  • Utilize customer data and insights to optimize lifecycle marketing strategies and enhance user experience.

  • Conduct A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and improve ROI.

  • Manage customer communications, including product updates, promotions, and personalized offers.

  • Work with the Data team to leverage analytics and KPIs for continuous optimization of CRM campaigns.

  • Monitor key metrics such as user engagement, retention rates, and lifetime value, making data-driven decisions to achieve business goals.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM marketing, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or tech industries.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and CRM/email marketing tools.

  • Excellent understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation strategies.

  • Experience in creating and executing personalized campaigns using customer data insights.

  • Proficient in A/B testing, campaign optimization, and performance analytics.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.

  • A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have(s)

  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.

  • Familiarity with mobile app push notifications and in-app messaging.

  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools.

  • Previous experience with automated marketing tools and customer journey mapping
