As a Design Intern you will be the creative engine behind our paid performance campaigns, designing the static and animated assets that turn clicks into customers across Meta, Google, TikTok, and beyond. If you care about whether an ad actually converts, this role is for you.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team, while being part of and supported by the design team.
What you’ll do- Create static and animated ad creatives for Meta, Google Display & YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, Twitter / X (and occasionally Snapchat), optimised per format and audience
- Design and iterate on landing page sections and conversion-focused UI elements (banners, hero visuals, CTA blocks)
- Build out a creative testing library: multiple variations per concept to support A/B and multivariate tests
- Translate campaign briefs from the performance team into ready-to-ship assets
- Actively contribute to creative ideation and brainstorming for new campaigns and angles
- Maintain brand consistency across all paid touch-points using our design system and tone-of-voice guidelines
- Contribute to post-campaign reviews: learn what performed, why, and apply it to the next round
- Spend ~20% of your time on other design tasks, such as CRM visuals, website updates, or internal design projects
- Lastly, explore and create UGC-style content concepts for ads
While this might look like a lot, your focus will shift per week depending on campaigns and priorities, you won’t be doing everything at once.
